As a Client Account Lead with over 15 years of experience and a strong consulting background, you will hold a critical management role within our organization. This is a new and strategic position aimed at establishing trusted strategic partner relationships within key accounts spanning various industries.
This multifaceted position encompasses driving profitable sales growth, expanding OBSS Technology's influence, ensuring successful delivery, and influencing client strategies to foster high performance and continuous innovation across diverse industries.
Your Role:
Retail Sector Expertise:
Utilize your extensive background in the retail domain to understand intricate client requirements and industry nuances.
Strategic Partner:
Establish yourself as a trusted strategic partner for client executives and top management in the retail sector. Develop client relationships, strategize account growth, and communicate the retail-focused account vision.
Business Development:
Oversee business development and performance for major clients in the retail sector.
Team Leadership:
Inspire, coach, and develop the account team to maximize business value and retail sector-related insights.
Profitable Growth:
Drive profitable growth by negotiating and selling deals that align with client expectations, team capabilities, and OBSS Technology 's ambitions within the retail landscape. Collaborate closely with Sales and Account teams.
Client Relationship Management:
Manage day-to-day client relationships and provide strategic direction for all retail sector-related aspects of the account.
Experience Enhancement:
Foster collaborative experience-building with the client, balancing commercial viability and exceptional standards in the retail domain.
Identify Opportunities:
Identify gaps in the retail business landscape and propose innovative solutions for potential new business opportunities.
Solution Delivery:
Support sales opportunities and solution delivery by leveraging OBSS​ Technology' s comprehensive capabilities in the retail sector.
Collaborative Leadership:
Collaborate with the Customer Success Leadership team to fortify client relationships and enhance the retail sector offering.
Service Delivery Strategy:
Lead the strategic service delivery approach across one or more client portfolios in the retail sector.
Your Team:

By collaborating closely with account teams and capability leads, we identify opportunities and drive business development efforts across a wide range of industries.
Qualifications:
At least 15 years of managerial and management experience, with a strong background in the Retail sector.
Proven managerial experience, showcasing effective organizational processes and teamwork.
Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
Ability to manage multiple tasks alongside learning and development opportunities.
