- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30
- Salary negotiable based on experience, starting at £25,000 and upwards

What you'll be doing:
- Providing accurate estimates for new inquiries
- Collaborating with the production team to relay delivery updates to clients
- Offering practical advice to clients to maximize the value of our services
- Managing client requirements and overseeing the design and print process from start to finish
- Ordering materials to support the production process
- Preparing completed orders for invoicing
- Cultivating consultative relationships with clients based on trust and expertise
- Assisting the Customer Service Team and Managers as needed (team player mentality)
