The requirements of the Client Support Executive


  • Previous experience in a client support or sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable dealing with customers over the telephone.
  • Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • SAP - advantageous.
