Job Description
Our customer, a technology company is looking for a Commercial Lawyer for a contract role based in London.
Job Requirements
The customer is looking for a 3 yrs PQE+ Commercial Lawyer who has experience working with procurement on commercial contracts, and preferably having worked for Tech based firm and/or online presence
SCOPE: Supporting the business with day to day queries across a broad range of areas including marketing, food regulation, technology, consumer protection and others. Reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including SaaS agreements, professional services agreements and marketing services agreements; negotiating sales agreements with our key markets.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5+ years PQE. Experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts required - should be able to lead a commercial negotiation independently and support on more complex negotiations with support from more senior team members
