As a pivotal team member, you’ll handle a wide range of high-profile and complex commercial litigation cases for both claimants and defendants.The team’s diverse workload encompasses various types of commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, director and shareholder disputes, defamation and reputation management, professional negligence, intellectual property disputes, and restructuring and insolvency.In order to be considered for this role you will:Have relevant experience in working on a range of commercial litigation matters;Have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience;Have a confident and client facing demeanour;Be a team player.
