Fleet Procure Ltd collaborates to improve problem-solving through technology, including advanced Pricing, Stock Management, and Order Reporting tools.
Role Description
This role is ONLY open to persons experienced for a minimum of five years in the automotive fleet/leasing industry.
This is a full-time and remote role for a Commercial Manager, focusing on opportunities and relationships with vehicle OEM's as we expand our product offerings to agency ordering, stock management, and salary sacrifice. Additionally, the role will be supporting our existing leasing broker partners (a region will be assigned from Midland, North, or South) with account management, whilst talking to prospective new broker partners about signing up for our procurement platform.
Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, providing detailed weekly and monthly KPI reports, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing relationships. The company hosts and attends a host of industry events throughout the year which will require travel and overnight stays.
Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial management, business development, or sales management in the automotive fleet and leasing industry for a minimum of five years is a must. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals, meet targets, and build relationships. Demonstrated ability to analyze sales figures and produce reports. Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed targets. Experience in managing and developing key partner and vendor relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other commercial tools.
Salary Information
A basic salary of £45,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience. A bonus scheme with realistic OTE £20,000. Company contribution Royal London pension scheme. Company expensed car, iPhone, and MacBook. Pleo expenses card. 25 days holidays plus public holiday days.
