In this role, you will receive excellent training and career development handling your own transactions, as well as assisting on larger projects requiring a team-based approach. The nature of this role will appeal to solicitor or CiLEX with 1-4 yrs’ PQE.
Typical instructions include: • Sale & Purchase of business premises. • Leasehold - acting for both landlords and commercial tenants • Investment properties • Corporate support and restructuring related transactions.
