Within this premium Contract Catering setting, working within the staff restaurant, you will be working to the highest standards serving fresh food in a high volume kitchen environment. We are looking for candidates with a background working within B&I, or who have a high end restaurant or hotel background. The role comes with full training and is viewed as an apprentice role aiming to develop the successful candidate into a future Chef de Partie role.
