NSG Environmental Ltd has been delivering work programmes in the nuclear industry for over 40 years. Traditionally in the areas of decommissioning and waste management, NSG now has a broad customer base and provides a wide spectrum of services across the nuclear project lifecycle, ranging from expert consultancy support, R&D and engineering design to rekit and refurbishment, site installation services and high-hazard physical
decommissioning works, amongst others.
This work is delivered at NSG’s own offices and purpose-built facilities and nuclear sites across the UK. The delivery and management of these projects and programmes of work is carried out by a skilled workforce composed of both white-collar and blue-collar personnel in technical, administrative, and physical roles.

The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and production of communications across a variety of external and internal marketing channels in line with our demand generation and internal communications strategies.
Key Objectives
Support in the preparation of copy and creative ensuring consistency in brand, tone and marketing positioning
Support in the upkeep of all marketing collateral, documentation, files and databases, ensuring all languages, copy, edits and new information is incorporated
Support in the management of the company website and social media channels
Support in the management of the conference and events (external & internal) calendar
Coordinate communications campaigns as directed
Coordinating promotional goods, branded collateral as directed
Support in the management of branded templates repository, including company logos, letterheads and PowerPoint templates etc.
Person Specification
Qualifications
Relevant degree in Communications/Marketing and/or a CIPR/CIM qualification
Experience within an in-house Marketing and Communications function will be an advantage
Membership of appropriate technical / professional body
IOSH Managing Safely or Level 2 Health & Safety in the Workplace or equivalent
Relevant training will be provided if required
Experience & Knowledge
A relevant degree in Communications/Marketing and/or a CIPR/CIM qualification
Experience within an in-house Marketing and Communications function will be an advantage.
Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience with social media scheduling and management tools.
Familiarity with Wordpress CMS platform
Skills & Abilities
Pro-active, creative, detail-orientated and highly organised with the ability to work to timescales
Ability to write professional copy and have strong proofreading skills across multiple formats
Excellent communications skills with the confidence to effectively communicate with engineers, senior management, external stakeholders and contractors as required
Competent user of MS Office
Able to organise and prioritise own work
