Job description:

Athona's Nursing division is currently recruiting for agency RMN for contract work, with an opportunity based in Surrey.

In this role, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to assess, triage, and provide interventions for individuals experiencing mental health crises or requiring psychiatric consultation within the hospital setting. Responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, offering crisis interventions, providing support to patients and their families, and facilitating appropriate referrals and care transitions. Additionally, you will collaborate with hospital staff, community mental health teams, and external agencies to ensure continuity of care for service users. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, crisis intervention expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role will be commencing ASAP for 3 months with a potential to be extended.
