Job description:

Athona's Nursing division is currently recruiting for agency RMN for contract work, with an opportunity based in Haywards Heath. In this role, you will provide expert clinical care and support to children and adolescents with a range of mental health needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies. Additionally, you will provide support and guidance to junior staff members and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach to care, and a commitment to promoting the mental health and wellbeing of young people and their families.

The role will be commencing ASAP for 3 months with a potential to be extended.
