Job description:

Athona's Nursing division is currently recruiting for agency RMN for contract work, with an opportunity based in Surrey.

In this role, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver person-centered care to individuals with complex mental health needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring service users' progress towards recovery goals. Additionally, you will liaise with other healthcare professionals, social services, and community resources to ensure integrated care and support for service users. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to supporting individuals with mental health challenges in their recovery journey.

The role will be commencing ASAP for 3 months with a potential to be extended.
