Job DescriptionRole: Compliance Manager Location: Hybrid RoleSalary: £40k - £50k We are currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance Manager for a global engineering and asset management business, who specialize within industrial machinery. They deliver solutions for all of the machinery and equipment it supplies, with a large number of mobile engineers throughout the UK.Role & responsibilities:Oversee and manage a team of compliance officers & engineersFull control of compliance Asset schedules.Drive and deliver KPIs for team membersDrive innovation to enhance existing offerings.Geographical planning of mobile engineers.Manage customer relationships.Focusing on Health and safety, compliance related matters occurringInvestigating and actioning incidentsCompleting health and safety, quality, and environmental auditsChairing and attending meetingsAssisting in tender processes for both new and existing customersExperience required :Proven experience managing a team of compliance staffEngineering experience is beneficialH&S, Quality or Environmental related experienceAbility to influence and motivate and coach staffCommercial awarenessProfit & lossComputer literate.Full UK driving licence.Willing to travel within throughout UK
