Configuration Engineer

Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting experienced Configuration Engineers commutable to Kidderminster.
You will be working for a leading IT services company configuring and building laptops and desktops to bespoke customer requirements.
Please note, this work is out of hours and involves working Night Shifts, details below.
Role Details:

• Monday - Friday
• 10pm - 6am
• Up to £175 per night via Umbrella (Inside IR35)
• Monthly rolling contract
• Possibility of extension

Duties:

• Workshop based work - carrying out configuration, build and imaging of IT hardware such as laptops and desktops
• Hands on work dealing with high volume and specific customer requests
• Working in a configuration room based in a client head office, alongside other technician's
• Other workshop duties will be required, i.e. moving hardware and loading / unloading equipment and boxes ready for distribution and activity

Experience required -

• Have some IT or engineering experience / qualifications (college or above)
• To be familiar with various IT hardware
• Willing to work in busy warehouse/ distribution centre environment

The above role is deemed and assessed an inside IR35 role
The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to deductions
