Situation

Ford & Stanley are recruiting for an Project Manager – Continuous Improvement, on behalf of an award-winning Light Rail Operator which serves a vibrant community at the heart of the East End of London. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys liaising with all levels of seniority and enjoys the process of visualising and implement change for the better, embracing the ‘feel good factor’ of the positives that become of this.

Location: Beckton, South East London.

Salary: Up to £45,000

Working Practice: 5 days on site

Agreed Criteria for candidates to secure interview:


  • Level 3 or above in Engineering
  • Manufacturing background (Ideally Rolling Stock)
  • Demonstrable experience of Lean principles.
  • Communication, organisation skills.
  • Continuous Improvement experience.
