The firm has an impressive list of clients, both UK based and internationally, and works with both start-ups and established businesses in a variety of sectors including finance, technology, luxury, hotel, media, retail, and real estate.You will be providing high-quality legal advice on a wide range of corporate transactions and ideally the client is looking for an experienced solicitor with a background in M&A, and banking and finance work.Required:Demonstrable experience in advising on a range of corporate matters (ideally 5+ years’ pqe)Exceptional client skillsStrong academicsExperienced networker with a keen interest in business developmentExcellent commercial awareness and business acumenExcellent drafting and negotiating skillsFantastic opportunity to join this highly regarded team and work in a supportive, collegiate environment.
