CORPORATE PARTNER - US FIRM - CENTRAL LONDONCORPORATE PARTNER – US FIRM – CENTRAL LONDONOur Client, a US firm with significant global presence is looking to add to its ranks with the appointment of a Corporate Partner.THE FIRMWith several offices spread throughout the US, UK and Asia, our client has experienced significant growth over the past few years, continuing throughout 2023 and 2024. They offer a full legal service, including large corporate transactions; commercial real estate; intellectual property; commercial disputes; and insolvency & restructuring.THE TEAMThe Corporate Team provides comprehensive representation in all areas of business law. The practice areas include M&A, capital markets, securities & corporate finance and private equity & VC.Clients are wide ranging and include public and privately held companies, and overseas investors.THE INDIVIDUALWe are now looking for a corporate Partner to join the team. Ideally you should come from a firm with a similar profile to our client and experience in corporate and business law, as outlined above is a prerequisite.
