Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Trafford Park. Our client is a specialist freight logistics company. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join their team.



Working hours are Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:



As Customer Service Execuitve, you will ensure timely and accurate movement off freight and information while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers within the Road Freight Department.




  • Ensure information on invoices is correct

  • Weekly completion of KPI reports

  • Handling customer calls and queries

  • Track and Trace of inbound shipments

  • Ensure excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and retain customers

  • Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Maintenance of customer records

  • Handle all complaints and escalated cases until customer is satisfied



Profile:



The Ideal candidate will have –




  • Exceptional organizational skill and commercial awareness

  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • At least one year of experience in a Customer Service role

  • Proven experience in the use of Logistics & Transport Management systems

  • Proficiency in Excel and Word

  • A basic understanding of Road Freight Logistics
