Job DescriptionCustomer Support & Implementation: Your key responsibilities will be:CTRM customer support – react to customers issues, liaise with Devs to resolveUnderstand and document client requirements.Configure and implement our CTRM platform successfully for clients.Implement the core product functionality, using the data model, mappings, integrations with trading platforms, file imports and reporting features.Raise change requests for platform enhancements with clearly defined requirements.Facilitate and ensure user acceptance.Carry out training for end-users.Provide ongoing support to clients when required.Requirements:Commodities background with experience of trading operationsGood understanding of the day-to-day operation of tradersGood understanding of TT, CME, and Web Ice platformsExperience working with trading platforms feeds, brokers, pricing etc.Knowledge of derivatives, spreads, options & futuresAble to work with advanced software packages, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.Understanding of data feeds, file import, mappings.If you believe your experience meets the criteria, please apply with a copy of your CV.
