We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen within our Commercial Services Team for a
Deputy Accommodation Manager . You will be supporting the Accommodation Manager in providing excellent accommodation services to customers in line with our service standards, operational plan and contractual obligations with the University or NHS. Youll help implement the local risk management controls to ensure customers, contractors, partners and staff live or work in a safe environment. Your key working relationships will include central services and the University or NHS partners, promoting engaging and positive relationships. When required, youll deputise for the Accommodation Manager.
What you'll have
Understanding of student services including best practice
Level 3 Certificate in Residential Letting and Property Management
Up to date knowledge of housing legislation and requirements for HMO and understanding of the ANUK framework for landlords managing student accommodation .
Strong IT skills e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel,...
