We're seeking an experienced individual to join our client's team as a Deputy Hospital Director.This full-time role offers a permanent position within a dedicated Learning Disability and Autism service based in Grimsby.As Deputy Hospital Director, you'll bring your expertise from both NHS and private sector settings to provide leadership and guidance to our clinical and non-clinical teams. Your responsibilities will include supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, as well as deputising for the Hospital Director as needed.Located in Grimsby, our hospital offers easy access to Cleethorpes and is commutable from Hull, Lincoln, Scunthorpe, and surrounding areas.About Our Client:You'll be joining a well-established organisation with a unique approach to care delivery. Providing strong leadership within the hospital environmentCollaborating with the Hospital Director on budgetary oversightUpholding the well-being and interests of service users, employees, and visitorsEnsuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and statutory requirementsManaging regulatory notifications and investigations
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Active registration as a Nurse with the NMCExperience working in learning disabilities and autism settingsAbility to handle multiple challenges in a dynamic environmentUnderstanding of the wider healthcare landscape and regulatory frameworksCapability to oversee and deliver site projects
