running projects largely independently,

As this firm’s newest development solicitor, you’ll be working with national housebuilders, mixed-use developers, SMEs, trusts, and private landowners, advising on regeneration schemes, urban extensions, strategic land, residential housing developments, and more.
For this job, you’ll ideally have:
2+ years of
PQE
Experience in residential development, particularly the ability to
run a full development project
from inception to conclusion
Knowledge of option agreements, overage, and Section 106 agreements, with a desire to remain informed on matters of residential development
Interested in becoming
a legal specialist in the development world
