Job Description Role and Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Executive:Build and execution of social media campaigns to drive prospect engagement and conversionTo build a structured social media strategy to drive lead generation through our field-based consultants to enable them to engage with local communitiesBuild an ongoing content calendar to push lead-gen led social postsWrite engaging content for customers that aims to nurture them through a buying processIncrease our Social Media footprint, growing engaged audiences across existing and new channelsMonitor and police individual Honey Legal Facebook pages and general social activitySeek out new online opportunities to further grow lead generationManaging and growing strategic partnershipsUse analytics and analysis tools to report on campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities to optimise campaigns The Successful Applicant Qualifications and Skill Requirements for a Digital Marketing Executive:Proven experience in devising and creating lead generation campaigns across social media and other online channelsExperience working for a business that has grown significantly through cost-effective lead generation (digital/social/content ideally)Improving performance through strong content skills utilising the art of influence in our messagingCompetent in creating images/videos for use on socialEnd-user orientated thinker, who uses insight to determine the right approachA marketing/comms planner as well as executerExcellent analytic and numerical skills, with a high attention to detailStrong knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools, identifying key metrics and using these to inform future campaign strategyAdept at setting up tracking for activityExperienced in segmentation/targetingStrong project management skillsSound management of budgets and how to maximise returnAbility to work on their own and drive projects through to completionMust be very hands on with a highly proactive and positive 'can do' attitudeYou will ideally hold a degree in Marketing What's on Offer£28,000 - £30,000BonusRemote working - However, must be able to get into the office if required Free parkingNo weekends
