Job Description
The opportunity:
Hearts & Science International are currently recruiting for a talented Performance Analyst to work with on one of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world, JLR.
The role forms part of Hearts & Science’s growing global media community.
Hearts & Science was the fastest growing media network in EMEA in 2023, with major wins including Versuni, JLR, Allwyn and Armani. Hearts & Science is part of Omnicom Media Group, giving its team and clients the dual benefits of being part of a new enterprise with broad and deep group-wide resources.
They will support the global digital performance programme across the full digital ecosystem, working directly with clients as well as a range of internal teams, with an opportunity to learn from experts in their field.

The role
Driving digital performance:
regular weekly reporting according to a regular drumbeat, including short- and long-term performance analysis, adapting to business priorities and focus areas.
with digital channel teams (search, social, programmatic, SEO) to ensure consistent campaign setup, execution, and optimisation across channels.
the production and delivery of strategic reporting (QBR and PCA).
ad-hoc reporting and analysis – e.g. how a specific test is performing, or drill into how a campaign is performing to help identify areas for optimisation.
solutions in Salesforce dashboarding solution to help train embedded AI solutions to identify performance opportunities.
with the wider global, regional, and Hearts & Science market teams to drive accountability to a defined performance roadmap, and direct support where required.
with digital performance, data, reporting and local market experts to develop forecasting and report performance against specific goal.
RACE performance optimisation programme:
Focused on ‘quick win’ digital improvements in digital – supporting the end-to-end process globally and holding market internal teams accountable for their input/actions/optimisations.
Supporting market teams to effectively report performance actions, including business context as well as media metrics.
Using reporting platforms to proactively suggest optimisations and opportunities for growth across all digital channels, while raising opportunities to improve data visualisation with the relevant teams.
Collaborating with markets to provide global clients context on results and performance.
Ensure consistent collaboration by supporting process implementation, including managing centralised JIRA board process.
Skills & experience
Some experience working in a one or a combination of either digital, data science, performance reporting programmatic, social or PPC activation.
and practical experience of digital reporting setup, principles and best practice.
to organise and analyse ambiguous and imprecise data, structure response and arrive insightful conclusions.
experience using Excel to consolidate, organise and correlate data-sets.
working with dashboarding solutions.
a proactive self-starter with a broad knowledge of digital marketing principles.
at adapting into a variety of positions, roles and channels.
strong communication skills and attention to detail.
and able to manage multiple projects at once, adapting priorities according to wider business context.
spoken & written English.
outlook is essential: The role involves working with teams from across the world in 30+ markets.
Location
The role is based at Omnicom’s offices in Bankside, London. Expectation is you will work from the office 3 days per week.
