We are working with our client - one of the Country's most respected Charitable organisations - to fulfil their needs for a Director of IT, Data Analytics and Value Capture.This is an opportunity to be part of an organisation that enjoys excellent relationships with public sector organisations both locally and nationally and is often consulted on best practise and advice.This is a "strategic doing" job. You will have strategic, relational and operational responsibilities including strategic oversight and responsibility for your function; relational management both internally and externally and responsibility for the practical skills and tools to do the job and ensure it is done.Developing and managing implementation of organisations IT and Cyber-Security strategy and data management, data capture and data analysis systems and delivery.Ensuring data capture and analysis inform decision making, service delivery and improvement and enable reporting and capture the value and impacts of service delivery and innovation both internally and externally informing commissioners and policy makers.Responsible for management of a team of performance analystsExperience of providing strategic guidance and advice at Board level and experience of providing line management support to staff, undertaking performance management through annual PDR's and one to one meetings.Ensuring achievement of KPI'sEnsuring operational services have the IT and data capture and analytic supportProvide effective reports to Board and CommitteesManaging budgetsThis is a full-time permanent role, offered on a hybrid basis.Suitable candidates will be educated to degree level in a related subject and possess expert knowledge in IT and data capture and analysis and ideally experience of developing MS Power Bi reports and experience of developing and implementing Cyber-security strategies. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of value creation and capture.Closing date for this post is 12th April 2024
