Omega have partnered with a leading Engineer business who are on the lookout for an experienced Product Development Director to join the company. The company is looking for someone with a strong multi-disciplined background who has driven product development projects within a fast-paced environment. Ideally worked on complex projects and systems/equipment.
Key Responsibilities – Product Director:
Driving product development projects.
Managing product budgets and costs to ensure everything is in line with specific requirements.
Working within multi-disciplined teams to coordinate product projects.
Collaborating closely with various managers to align functionality and performance of the products to specific customers and teams.
Qualifications & Requirements – Product Director:
Multi-discipline background i.e teams and technical experience.
Track record of driving product development.
Worked within a fast-paced environment/business.
Worked on complex systems & equipment (ideally within semiconductor but also Aerospace, medical etc).
Experienced with servo-mechanics, electronics or optics.
