In a nutshell, MUFG Investor Services is part of the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group family, and we partner with over 480 loyal global investment firms to provide them with administration, assert services, banking, and fund financing.We’re in 14 global locations and provide an exceptional hub of Brilliantly Different talent to thrive.#LI-HybridLead the implementation and enhancement of Front to Back office fund administration strategic solutionsSupport requirements and design of IBOR / Shadow NAV / Cash flow forecasting / Pre trade compliancesolutions for product enhancements and new initiatives.Evaluate and define business requirements from multiple stakeholders for development and implementation.Take full responsibility for solution delivery. This includes facilitating meetings, running workshop sessions, obtaining signoff of acceptance criteria and managing implementation.Analyse and document business processes / process flow and perform target operating model reviews.Escalation of delays and prompt communication of any emerging risks and challenges.Identify where new functionality could be usefully implemented and offer efficiencies in operations.Support senior leadership with driving department initiatives and projects.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, third parties, as well as with other business groups across MUFG.Identify areas of high risk and regular issues and assist to improve controls and processes in place to mitigate risk.
