Requirements:


  • Right to Work in the UK: Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Childcare Qualification: Possess a Level 2 or above qualification in childcare or early years education.
  • Nursery Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a nursery setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of early childhood development and care.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences that support children's holistic development.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and identifying areas for further support or development.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and adherence to regulatory standards.
