We are looking to recruit a Principal Educational PsychologistThis team has a central role in improving outcomes for children and young people in Essex.We are looking for a Principal Educational Psychologist who shares our core values; to make a positive impact on children and their families and the schools they attend; to be an advocate for the voice of the child and to work collaboratively with services to share new knowledge and approaches.The Educational Psychology team is helped to be successful by being a supportive team where managerial and peer supervision is valued, where time is taken to discuss ethical issues which shape work and where time is given to develop professionally.As Principal Educational Psychologist you will work to deliver high quality advice and support to children and young people, their parents and educational settings. You will be responsible for ensuring the Local Authority's statutory responsibility to deliver high quality assessment and reporting are met.
