Electrical Supervisor

My client is leading provider of Electrical and General Building Maintenance services across over 38,000 homes to over 80,000 people throughout the South West from Gloucestershire to the Isles of Scilly. They were founded in early 2018 and are now a member of Homes for the South West, a group of the largest developing housing associations in the South West. Due to an increase in workload, they now have an opening for a Supervisor to manage a team of Gas Engineers, working across social housing sites in and around the Bristol area therefore a full, UK Driving License is a must.The main purpose of this role is to lead to team of Electrician to make sure servicing, maintenance and fault finding services are successfully delivered to customers in the South West. This includes electrical response repairs, voids, installations, electrical testing and complaintsYou will be managing general day to day operations, managing third party suppliers and liaising with contractors. This role is an off the tools position, you would be part of out of hours rota for remote support but would not be called out. Qualifications needed for this role include:NVQ/City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations18th Edition Wiring RegulationsThe ideal candidate willHave worked in customer facing positions before, including social housing.Used to delivering great customer service whilst delivering high quality workYears' experience in the field, being able to work well independentlyHave experience working to set KPIsHave previously provided quotations for worksPrior experience in a lead or supervisory level roleOn offer with this role: Annual salary ranging from £35,568 to £39,520 dependant on experience and based on 40 hours a week Monday-Friday (Overtime readily available), 26 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays, Health and Wellbeing programme, company vehicle with fuel card, bonus scheme, Health care plan (including dental and optical cover) and much more.
