at least 2 per week including our Sales Team Days on Tuesday and Thursday. Key Responsibilities Our Enterprise Employee Engagement Consultant is responsible for customer acquisition and growth. You will ultimately be responsible for your own success within the territory, ensuring incremental growth in annual recurring revenue, new logo acquisition, and customer retention, whilst providing the best consultative sales experience possible for our clients. Selling complex HR technology solutionsSelling to multiple stakeholders including HR, Finance, Operations and C-SuiteWorking with an average 3-month sales cycle Generating new business and achieving sales targets based upon the Y1 feeManaging a portfolio of Enterprise customers, in partnership with the Client Success teamResponsible for renewing client contracts, as well as identifying and closing expansion opportunitiesDemonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cyclesTracking all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in SalesforceWorking closely with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accountsWorking closely with Sales Development to convert leads and account insights into opportunitiesPreparing and writing tenders, RFP’s and written sales documents with the support of our global Bid teamSkillsExcellent track record of acquiring and onboarding 6+ figure new business within a B2B consultative sales capacity. Ability to demonstrate consistent overachievement of new business, upsell, and renewal targets.Experience of pitching and presenting to VP and C-level executivesExperience of working long sales cycles of between 3-6 monthsExperience of self-generating sales opportunities that result in closed/won revenueExcellent discovery, qualification, and needs analysis skillsProven growth mindset with a focus on coachability and continuous learning and improvementThe Interview ProcessTelephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team 1st stage online interview with our Director of Enterprise Sales and our Senior Employee Engagement Consultant Task and final stage interview with our Regional Managing Director, EMEA, and our UK Sales Director Be comfortable.
