Macmillan Davies are delighted to be supporting our hospitality client in recruiting for another experienced ER Advisor/Consultant for 3 months.

ER Advisor/Consultant
Length:
3-month contract, inside IR35
Pay:
£400 - £450 day rate
Setup:
Hybrid, 2/3 days office

ASAP
Location:
North London
Duties include:
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various employee relation matters.
Liaising with employee representatives.
Collaborate with other team members to refine or improve Workplace Investigations Team processes.
Display strong time-management skills with the ability to identify and efficiently prioritise critical and/or sensitive investigations
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience conducting ER investigations and overseeing investigations
