Our goal is to become the leading insurance company for connected and autonomous vehicles, and we're building a world-class team to help us get there.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to lead and accelerate Flock's direct sales efforts targeting large fleet customers. In this role, you will be working with the largest and most sophisticated UK fleets educating them on how cutting-edge insurance solutions can help them make the world quantifiably safer. What we think is most exciting about this role:You'll focus on building a robust pipeline of large fleet prospects, crafting a winning positioning strategy with our marketing experts, closing deals with major fleet clients and collaborating withunderwriting & capacity providers to customise insurance solutions. This is a high impact, hugely exciting role to help continually refine Flock's value proposition for large fleet customers.
A little more on what you'll be doingDirectly engaging and selling to large fleet customers, usually fleets with more than 500 vehicles, to exceed our ambitious sales targetsBuilding and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Enterprise clientsManaging existing large and strategic customers to ensure they renew year after yearDeveloping a strategic sales plan to expand Flock's Enterprise customer baseCollaborating with the Underwriting team and insurance carriers to develop bespoke insurance offerings for Enterprise customersProviding feedback to the company regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitive activitiesWorking closely with customers and Flock stakeholders to build market leading propositions that differentiate Flock What you'll bring to Flock5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, or large account broking, specifically in insurance or fleet sectorsDemonstrable ability to manage complex sales cycles and close large dealsExceptional communication, negotiation and relationship building skillsAbility to think strategically and develop plans to win large customersProven success managing and retaining large Enterprise customersAbility to work autonomously and collaborate in a team environmentFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales reporting toolsThe Flock Factor (A few things that would make you particularly stand out)Experience selling telematics-driven solutionsYou are already seen as an industry thought leader in the fleet industryYou have a pipeline of Enterprise customers and relationships that would fit FlockOur application process is typically as followsA short chat with our People Team to find out more about us and ensure a good fitAn interview with the hiring manager for this role (our Head of Distribution)A technical exercise to evaluate your skill set and give you the opportunity to meet more FlockersA meeting with our CEO to assess your alignment with our values and cultureWHAT WE OFFER (in addition to a competitive salary)• Participation in Flock’s Share Option Scheme
