party vendors and partners. You will provide modern project management expertise by working in multi-disciplinary teams to support the HRFTD in driving transformation management outcomes for the C-Suite through leadership, people, cloud, technology, and behaviour change.You will perform a key role within a highly skilled team and should offer exceptional communication skills, tenacity, enthusiasm, and consistent energy to drive a regular view of the technical delivery across all streams. You will lead and manage a team of support, functional and technical professionals, and 3rd party service providers in efficiently and effectively delivering the target enterprise solution. Strong governance, control and performance management is key to this roleThe role will involve working co-operatively and consultatively with several programme role (HR and Finance leads, SME’s etc). The successful engagement and management of these stakeholders will be critical to success in the role as will scope, prioritisation and resource management.As part of the role, you will also be expected to provide project management oversight for some smaller tactical initiatives run by HR and Finance which align with the overall aims of the transformation.Based out of our Southampton or London offices, remote flexible working is the norm along with occasional trips to our other offices across the Channels Islands.Key responsibilities:Project Management design & execution for complex multi- organization/geography HR & Finance transformation programs (enabled by Workday/SAP/Oracle ERP solutions, or supporting other Business transformations)Lead on and project manage the full life cycle of the technical workstream in partnership with technology teams, 3 rd
part vendors and strategic suppliersThe job holder will act on behalf of the HRFTD, as a single point of support & control across Technology to consolidate all planning and data points into one joined up, consistent view, highlight issues, blockers, and risks.Manage and deliver high-impact, multi-jurisdictional, highly complex, business transformational projects and workstreams in a fast-paced and virtual environment, from initiation through to delivery and successful transition in line with the programme delivery frameworkMaintain and assist in the development of budgets for the business cases these projects, also providing ongoing management of the budgets within a project.Manage direct and indirect project resources to identify capacity constraints and identify solutions to fulfil shortfalls to ensure that projects are delivered within agreed timeframes.Provide progress status reports to the Steering Committees, Project Sponsors and key stakeholders on the project status, issues, risks, budgets, resource and change management plans.Develop project specifications, agree project plan baseline including scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements, milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and benefits.Utilise project plans and schedules to monitor all activities and ensure actions are captured and followed up on to completion.Manage relationships amongst stakeholders by building confidence and trust with clear professional communications and assured expectation management.Drive project execution; track delivery; collaborate with change managers for successful change adoption and implementation; proactively seek and resolve blockers.Record information accurately and consistently using appropriate systems and provide and communicate timely information to relevant parties.Seek stakeholder insight and feed it into improved processes while ensuring compliance with governance and standards.Manage the project within the agreed governance structures and processes, to ensure consistency of approach and efficient use of resources.Conduct progress reviews to give stakeholders confidence that projects will deliver to time, budget and agreed standards.Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes and to identify and capture lessons learned to enable continuous improvement and Benefit Realisation.Track and monitor delivery of project benefits aligned to the benefits frameworkChange Management & Adoption: ability to focus on the human side of change by building and delivering change management. Plans routes to increase adoption and the success of the acceptance of benefits.Essential Skills:Demonstrable ability to plan, manage and successfully implement Greenfield (End to End) HR & Finance System transformation projects is essential. A cloud-based HR & Finance system within the past 5 yearsQualification in project management or equivalent (i.e., Prince 2, ADP, PMP)7+ years’ experience managing medium to large scale complex cloud-based implementation projects of with both a business and a technology focus.Strong vendor management, working with global system integrators, system vendors and other delivery partners to create a successful ecosystem to delivery successExcellent communication: communicates with clarity and confidence at all levels; adapts style and content to the needs of the audience by being inspirational.Influencing and relationship building; proactively builds productive, open and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders; presents robust and convincing positions in the face of challenge while remaining respectful of others' views; negotiates effectively to agree realistic outcomes.String desire to ‘get things done’, ‘done well’ and ‘done on time’Ability to work on own initiative with little day to day guidance / managementPersonal Profile:Drive, passion, and enthusiasm (for success and quality)Presents a professional image in words, tone, and styleSolves own problems without being asked, has a right first-time attitude and learns from mistakesSuccessful candidate will have an evident "can-do" attitude.Able to effectively deal with changing priorities or obstacles and to provide alternative options or solutionsA team player the job holder will build strong relationships both within Aztec as well as with the suppliers and 3 rd
