Job Title: Estimator

Salary: £40,000 + Package

• Are you an experienced estimator with a background in LGSF, Drylining, SFS or a form of offsite construction?
• Would you enjoy a home working role with a well established business with huge growth plans in place?

You will be joining the specialist manufacturer of cold rolled products and systems. They have just moved to a brand new state of the art facility with continued growth plans in place. They are looking for an experienced estimator to join the team as the sole estimator to work directly with the MD to drive business growth.
You will be working on a range of contracts across the commercial and residential space, with you being involved on a wide range of projects.

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

• Have experience of estimating for offsite construction systems
• Are comfortable reading from construction drawings in Auto CAD and 3D Models
• Possess high levels of attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
