Job DescriptionExecutive AssistantPerth£28,000 - £31,000The Recruitment Bunker are recruiting exclusively for an Executive Assistant for a leading privately owned collection of diverse and dynamic forward-thinking companies based in Perth. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of the directors within the business. As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing for board reviews amongst many other supporting and administrative tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be confident and able to build great relationships, be well-organised, have great time management skills and the ability to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalised and timely support to executive members and will be the key point of contact amongst executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.Overview of the Role:AssistantSalary– £28,000 - £31,00030 days. Additional days per year of service, maximum of 5. Responsibilitiesas the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partnersinformation flow in a timely and accurate mannermanagement & scheduling meetingsmanagement & Filing systemsconfidentiality of highly sensitive informationtravel arrangements both national and international; Prepare itineraries; Submit Expenseshotel and travel accommodation and car hire as requesteda high standard of verbal and written communication skills professionally respond to correspondence promptly and efficiently using Microsoft Office suite.with preparation of reports in line with deadlines and general administrative supportlegal documentsand accurate minute takingOffice budgets; raise Purchase Orders for office and kitchen supplies as requiredaspects of Facilities management to a high standard include liaising with all third-party contractors and suppliers where requestedand greet key visitors in a friendly, presentable, and professional mannertravel may be involved.Essential Skillsexperience of working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar roleMS Office knowledgeorganisational and time management skillswith office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines)verbal and written communications skillsan Enthusiastic and driven individual who is highly confident and assertivestrong administrative and organisational skills with good attention to detailconsistently professional, trustworthy, confident, and calm even in challenging situationsanalysing and reviewing legal contracts and supporting group administrative tasks where requestedand confidentiality and ability to deal with sensitive information.
