Exhibition Project Manager, West Midlands, to £45k

This successful and established Company now have an opening within their existing team for an additional Exhibition Project Manager, who will be responsible for managing projects from initial brief through to onsite delivery/build. 

This will be an office-based role and will also involve regular travel throughout the UK and Overseas

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Act as main point of contact for clients and suppliers.

·         Full project management, including budgets and timelines.

·         Liaise with internal departments to make sure everyone is fully briefed, and jobs run to schedule and are completed to a high standard.

·         Handle logistics.

·         Conduct site visits and liaise with venue staff to ensure smooth on-site delivery.

·         Manage post-event evaluation and feedback.

 

Requirements:

·         Proven Exhibition Project Management background. 

·         Ability to manage multiple projects side by side.

·         Professional qualifications such as Prince2 would be an advantage.

·         Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

·         Ability to work under pressure.

·         Full driving licence and passport

·         Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours when required

 

You must be UK based and live within a commutable distance of the where the position is located.  Sponsorship is not available so you will need to have full leave to remain.
