Our client, a prominent player in the home water systems industry, is seeking a dedicated Field Service Call-out Engineer to join their team in Oxford. With a mission to redefine home water consumption, they offer cutting-edge technology and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Package:

• Salary: £25-27k per annum
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Varied workload on a call-out basis
• Monday to Friday
• Opportunities for overtime and bonuses

Duties:
As a Field Service Call-out Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to rapid response jobs promptly and efficiently
• Completing all assigned tasks with accuracy and professionalism
• Conducting installations, maintenance, and repairs as required
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and quality service
• Managing workload effectively to meet service level agreements

Requirements:

• The right candidate will be flexibility to work on a call-out basis (still within normal working hours on permanent bases), with some days potentially busier than others
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Previous experience in field service or a similar role
• Proficiency in basic plumbing tasks and technical troubleshooting
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
