That's Grant Thornton.Job Description:Finance Business Partner (Assistant Manager)Leeds or SheffieldNEW GROUND WON'T BREAK ITSELF.Every day our teams help people in businesses and communities to do what is right and achieve their goals.The Finance Business Partner - Assistant Manager, works with the client facing teams to drive financial literacy, to chase and embed good discipline around core business processes, and to design and monitor suitable KPIs. There is regular interaction with the business through distribution, analysis and actions from standard reporting. The team aims to embed a "comply or explain" approach with individuals at all levels throughout the business with regards to core processes.We're happy to talk flexible working and consider reduced hours and job shares, we'll support you to balance your work and life.A look into the roleAs a Finance Business Partner - Assistant Manager, within our Finance Business Partner team, you will support with:Annual budgeting and rolling forecastStandard costing and annual updates to the costing modelFinance and business reportingPeriodic WIP valuationMaintenance of key processes and dataKnowing you're right for usJoining us as a Finance Business Partner - Assistant Manager, the minimum criteria you'll need is to be a newly or part qualified accountant (ACA or CIMA preferred) with previous finance analyst or management accounts experience. You will also need good IT and communication skills.
