Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner Cambridge (almost fully remote) £45,000 - £55,000 Reed Finance are delighted to be working with a growing and forward-thinking business to recruit a permanent Finance Business Partner position. You can work almost fully remotely, if you able to work in their Cambridge office once per month. You can go in more if you like and some people do. You will likely be a qualified accountant with business partnering and management accounting experience with the ability to build relationships with colleagues across the business, as well as manage junior members of the finance team. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will take on the following responsibilities: Business partnering with key stakeholders across the business. Budgets and forecasts. Annual 5 year plan. Finance input on trading targets / planning. Production of monthly management accounts. Financial, cost and margin analysis. Preparing presentations for the Board. Financial and management reporting. We are looking for: Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience. Previous finance business partnering or management accounting experience. Good systems and IT skills including Excel.
