You enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment, are confident in challenging current processes and presenting fresh new ideas.What you'll be doing Managing the transactional finance team on a daily basis Continuous development of the team members Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships Maintaining confidential customer information Working with other department managers and team leaders Continuous process improvements Implement company initiatives across the transactional finance function Lead projects across the finance department Assist with Quarterly SOX testing Assist with statutory reporting for transactional sampling and testing Ad hoc duties Your professional skills Qualified AAT with at least 3 years finance experience Have good knowledge of Microsoft products Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics is preferable Experience with Hubspot CRM is desirable Your personal attributes Great communication and collaboration skills working with business stakeholders Strong attention to detail Highly organised Ability to stay calm under pressure Excellent written communication skills Empathetic and authentic Inquisitive and interested, career-driven Self-motivated and diligent Optimistic and confident, fair and firm attitude in different situations Why HSOne?As an inclusive and forward-thinking company, we are committed to creating an environment that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities for all individuals.HSOne supports many types of flexible working arrangements that allow you to balance your work, your life, and your passions.
