Financial Controller

A well-established business is looking for a Financial Controller to join the team in North Kent. Working as part of a small finance function to ensure the provision of providing quality and timely management information to the wider group finance function. The specific role will focus on the accounting and reporting of the group, ensuring the systems and processes are fit for purposes and continually reviewed and improved. Location – Hybrid 2 days from home and 3 in office. As Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:Working with the FD in provision of divisional management information in line with Group and regional MD requirements (month-end reporting packs).Bi-weekly cashflow forecasts supportProviding technical and process support, working alongside the Management Accountant and Finance Business Partner, as well as closely working with the Shared Services CentreCash and contract budgeting and forecasting support, and co-ordinationBalance Sheet reconciliation, cleansing, and analysis across the businessSupporting Tenders & Business plan when requiredInvolvement in introduction of new ERP / IT systemsAssisting in the coordination and completion of audit requirementsDocumentation of support process and proceduresAssisting with ensuring full VAT, CIS, PAYE compliance.We’re looking for a Financial Controller with the following:Qualified ACCA or CIMAAll round accounting experience (Management accounting, Financial accounting, Governance, Audit, Tax)Built environment experience is desirableAccurate and numerate and highly computer literate including Advanced ExcelExcellent communication skillsTo apply for this role as Financial Controller, please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV.Candidate Source Ltd is an advertising agency.
