Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, based West Yorkshire FarnellFarnell, an Avnet company, is a global high-service distributor of technology products, services and solutions for electronic system design, maintenance and repair.We have an amazing Financial Planning (FP&A) Analyst opportunity to join our Group Finance team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is a flexible, hybrid working role giving you the work-life balance to work from home and from the office. If you are someone passionate about or is looking to step into the world of Commercial Finance, you could be joining our team!Our successful candidate will assist with the production of global financial forecasts and be the project Finance go-to for our ERP Modernisation Program. You will have significant interaction with the program team, supporting the project direction and being responsible for the financial modelling and tracking of actual spending for Farnell's global ERP modernisation program.Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone who has previous experience in Finance, plus CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent. This role is ideally suited to a candidate who is creative, likes to ask questions and find improved solutions, whilst also being patient and eager to understand what happens in today's world.Our FP&A team is small, but they have an extremely strong commercial background, you will learn a lot just by being part of the team and working alongside them. You will also work collaboratively with the wider finance team, helping to support key business functions such as sales, marketing, and supply chain therefore giving you the opportunity to learn about the wider Farnell business every day.Our team invests in people, and they will be there for as much or as little support as you need.
