We are always on the lookout for development opportunities, and moments to grow while helping our colleagues reach their potential and opening the door to their next opportunity.As a "We Always Care" employer, you will be provided with tailored development plans, training, and apprenticeship opportunities to develop your career!Joining our independently owned and 5-star service hotel as our F&B Supervisor, you will help to build a supportive and social place, where we can all be at our best while receiving the following happiness perks:Service ChargeEmployee discounts of up to 50% on food & beverage and spa treatments across our sister properties (Landmark London and K West Hotel & Spa)Employees and Friends & Family rates across our sister propertiesComplimentary meals on dutylaundered complimentarilyRefer a friend bonusEmployee recognition schemes and Social Committee events including gala dinners and much more!In your role as our F&B Supervisor within our Food & Beverage team, you will provide a high standard of service from enquiry through to confirmation by constant feedback, chasing and building rapport with clients and using the set yield parameters to convert business.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesPromote the image of Royal Lancaster London as a professional organization.Ensure to maintain a personal attitude of a high standard and quality, which produce efficiency and productivity of the department.Deal with assigned projects and duties managing time in an efficient way.Ensure that opening and closing is completed as per agreed standards.Ensure that the restaurant is set up properly for each service, that the team members are following grooming standards and that all the service stations are fully stocked, clean and free of damage.Lead the team to ensure they provide polite and efficient service at all times, ensuring daily briefing are conducted, opening & closing duties and assigned tasks are completed, preparing floor plan, focusing on customer service.Monitor the quality of product and service via spot-checks, quality checks, observation and feedback.Assist with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and other operational duties when necessary.Monitor clock in and out (or sign-in and sign-out for agency) of the team members on a daily basis and take corrective actions when needed;Record absence, sickness, lateness and prepare the back-up documents or leave comments for payroll when necessary;Collaborate with assistant manager and/or outlet manager in producing an accurate time sheet weekly.Collaborate with assistant manager and/or outlet manager in monitoring and controlling PAR levels, stock ordering needs and correct ordering procedures.Deal with guest complaints and seek a positive outcome.Communicate effectively with the team, peers and higher management.Assist in other Food & Beverage areas as and when required.Report any maintenance or cleanness issues as per department procedures.Monitor team's grooming standard and ensure they are familiar and adhere to cleaning schedules and requirements.We're more concerned with what's in the glass not whether it's half full or empty so come and pour some happiness into yours by joining our team.#JoinOurHappinessAll applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.Apply for Food & Beverage Supervisor - Park Lounge Bar - LondonAlready uploaded your CV?
