  • Weekend shift | Friday - Monday | 07:30 - 18:00


*Standard hours per week per shift will range from 40 hours to 55 hours, depending on workload.

Duties
CMM Programmer (Grade 1)

  • Write advanced PC-Dmis programs (online & offline)
  • Create clear and detailed PC-Dmis reports
  • Build probes and create calibration programs
  • Analyse and solve issues with programs
  • Write advanced Polyworks programs for 7 axis scanning arms
  • Create clear and detailed Polyworks reports
  • Strong manual inspection background
  • Use of laser part marking equipment
  • PC Literate with good working knowledge of MS Office Products
  • Team player with 'can do' attitude
  • Good oral and written communicator


CMM Operator (Grade 2)

  • Operate/run pre-written CMM programs
  • Analyse detailed reports
  • Ensure calibrations procedure are adhered to
  • Competent using 6 & 7 axis scanning arms
  • Experience of vision systems
  • Strong manual inspection background
  • Interpret engineering drawings
  • Clear understanding of GD&T
  • Understand and follow written and oral instructions
  • Use of laser part marking equipment
  • PC Literate with good working knowledge of MS Office Products
  • Team player with 'can do' attitude
  • Good oral and written communicator


Manual Inspector (Grade 3)

  • Strong manual inspection background using a wide range of metrology bench equipment i.e. Micrometers, vernier calipers, bore mics, height gauges, vernier calipers, bore mics, height gauges, slips, pins, DTI clocks, shadow graphs, thread gauges, spline gauges, etc.
  • Interpret engineering drawings
  • Clear understanding of GD&T
  • Good oral and written communicator
  • Understand and follow written and oral instructions
  • Use of laser part marking equipment
  • PC Literate with good working knowledge of MS Office Products
  • Team player with 'can do' attitude
