London (South West) LanguageLine Solutions Company, is an employment business seeking professional interpreters with demonstrated experience and/or verifiable training & certification to serve our growing client base in the healthcare, government services and educational sectors throughout
London (South West) .This position seeks independent freelancers to fill assignments on an as needed basis. Interpreters will travel to the clients’ location to provide interpreting services face-to-face.Summary of Position:The face-to-face Interpreter is responsible for traveling to client sites by appointment, and renders the meaning of conversations in the consecutive mode of interpretation between the target language
and English speakers.
The interpreter processes information quickly and concisely, recognizes sensitive cultural differences and is professional and courteous at all times. The interpreter uses appropriate terminology and understands common industry procedures and practices. Interpreting assignments may be technical or non-technical in the following fields: healthcare, government services and education.Location:Assignments will take place at the client locations throughout
