Front Office Recruiter (up to 2 years experience)

Job Description
Velorum Partners is a technically focussed search firm with a diverse range of clients. Our core focus are our Hedge Fund clients – with an emphasis on senior talent globally, for both discretionary and quantitative businesses.
We are currently looking to hire a Front Office Recruiter to work closely with our founding partner to focus on and help build out our Quantitative/Systematic division. In terms of coverage we have clients in Europe, US, Asia and the Middle East.
Requirements:
You will ideally have 1-2 years of experience working within the recruitment sector. Although you will be fully trained to understand this market well, we do require applicants who have prior experience of "Front Office" recruitment.

We expect you to have/be:
· 1-2 years of
Front Office
recruitment experience
· A positive track record
· Outgoing personality
· Ambition and Drive
· IT literate
· A strong interest in the financial sector
· Self-starter
· University degree (technical subject preferred but not essential)
· Client relationship management experience
· Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Additional:
This position will involve training and mentoring throughout.
The right person will be encouraged to take over the designated division after an agreed period.
This is not the sort of position where you will be constantly micro-managed, so we would like you to have a mature attitude in regards to your time management.
As a company, we are now in a phase of growth and are also interested in candidates focussing on other Front office areas.
