Responsibilities:
Conduct gas services in social housing properties, completing an average of 10+ jobs per day.
These are landlords - price is per property
Ensure all work is carried out efficiently, meeting the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional representation of the client
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of scheduled services.
Requirements:
Own van and tools.
Public/employers liability insurance
Valid driving license.
ACS Certificate - HTR1 & CKR1
Gas Safe Card.
DBS check.
Experience:
Ideally, the gas service engineer will have previous experience in social housing.
