The successful candidate
Possesses strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with the Head Chef.Capable of training and developing a newly formed team with ease.Actively engages with guests to proficiently manage deliveries and walk-ins.Demonstrates confidence in handling stock control, KPIs, cover counts, and other responsibilities.
