Global Indirect Procurement Manager – Prestigious Brand – west London - £65,000 + PackageThis global iconic multinational Fortune 500 is searching for a polished procurement professional with strong sourcing experience across Indirect categories (in particular Marketing and HR / Prof Services categories) to join their CIPS award-winning ‘Platinum’ accredited procurement team. With an influx of investment for the Procurement function, their new Indirect Procurement Manager will have a huge impact on this underdeveloped spend area, benefiting from a collaborative atmosphere and learning from the global Head of Procurement.As Indirect Procurement Manager you will:-Manage the cradle-to-grave procurement process including ITT, RFQ, RFP, Strategic Sourcing, Negotiation, Supplier Relationship Management and Executive stakeholder engagementsOwn £ Multi-Million spends and generate significant cost savings for the firm across the following sub-categories: HR / Recruitment, Print, Media, Advertising, HR Outsourcing & Operations, Audit, Legal, Tax, Consultancy , Employee Benefits & Rewards, International Mobility (amongst others)Be a trusted business advisor to C-level stakeholders, contract and service owners, providing governance support to key supplier relationshipsFocus on best-in-class risk management and strategic sourcing, particularly through the negotiation of robust service contracts and SLAsDevelop best practice procurement processes whilst incorporating supply chain sustainability considerationsRequired experience & qualifications:-Strong procurement, purchasing or strategic sourcing experience, preferably within a leading Global FirmPrevious procurement experience across indirect categories (such as Marketing, HR, Professional Services, FM, Fleet, Travel, IT)Evidence of progression from Assistant Buyer – Buyer – Senior Buyer – Procurement Manager / Assistant Category Manager etcDegree from a leading university (or equivalent) is desired but not essentialMCIPS (or studying towards)To apply please send your CV to
